As a livery, providing gift clothing is almost requisite.
Logo’s anyone?
It’s a nifty side project I stumbled upon, but strong ROI.

and I’ve always taken it as somewhat of a slight. I feel too talkative frequently. I’ve been struggling with keeping a journal for most of my life, but it’s someting I would like to be able to do. I think it’s more the fear of a public lifestyle holding me back, but I’m courageously working on that every single day. I am keeping a journal, and maybe someday I’ll feel like letting everyone look. Hopefully it doesn’t come out as a tragedy, or lame drama. A modest success with plenty of humor? Hopefully the ledger lives on strong and benevolent. Time will tell.
I’m going to make another pass at this while I understand the language, bureaucracy and some semblance of legality. Also, I’ll be in touch with my friends who’ve done it, so I can get a little support.

Why own a business? Because you enjoy providing for other people. Services and products for customers and benefits for employees. Employees can be owners of the company and a business structure should account for philanthropy, childrens sports and local schools at minimum. How would you provide an employee with the most value possible and still profit the shareholders? Let’s explore.
I had a talk this morning (before I took the Warrior up) about starting a press. I can’t really do this until I incorporate. As I’ve been told, it’s $50 and a stack of forms.
Okay. I have to publish a book. It’s a collection of essays concerning borrowings from Babylonian culture in other Mediterranean cultures. I got named editor. As a collection of essays, the publisher realizes there in NO market. They asked me to front $5000. Fine. I can raise some money, write a grant or two—what have you. But I don’t want people paying this money to me. Hence, I’m’na hafte get on the stick about this one and set up some kind of foundation, institute or corporation.
I would like to incorporate so I can better separate my public activities from my private activites. Right now, I am spending my own money on research, etc. A corporation might be a handy first step in establishing a library, or maybe even a radio show. A corporation has access to immortality in a way that flesh does not. Also, I would like a nifty corporate logo.
