Me and my mates went to a abandoned lake in Poland, just outside Krakow. They all went for a swim, but I cant so just sat at the side…then they went up to the top of one of the shear cliffs around the lake and done the jump. I had to do it so just went up and jumped. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I owe my mates a lot for helping me once I was in the water.
Definitely worth doing, and I will be on the look out for more jumps in future trips. I am also learning to swim now.
If anyone is going to Poland and wants the position of the lake on Google, let me know and I’ll post it. It really was an amazing day.

I went to red top mountain with my family in July. There was this 40FT cliff into like a 4FT Lake. I said I would not jump, so when we came back I did. The pool was too shallow, and I did not like the whoooooshing sound. It was exiting though. I would never jump again because the park ranger said that like 5 people drown every year.

This is one of the most amazing places i’ve ever visited.
In the middle of the Springbrook National Park is this rock formation/cave/waterfall called ‘Natural Bridge’. You can jump off the side of the cliff, through a hole, and land in a pool of water in the cave below. And if you thought this place wasn’t great enough: the cave also houses glow-worms!
So much fun, and a absolutely beautiful/spiritual area.

So I went cliff jumping in Mt.Isa, Australia at an old mine. Oh wow. Stupid stupid stupid. Very worth doing but maybe not from quite so high. 2 friends and I did this and one hurt her back, one hurt her leg and i hurt my tailbone. oh well. Great story.
