Be In Love Every Day

How I did it: I don't know! I'm one lucky girl.  You'd have to meet him.  I guess I quit being so stubborn.  We were friends for several months before we realized we were really dating.  Also, we met at work- a side job while I was in college- a place I NEVER thought i'd meet the love of my life- a hardware store. There he was, offering to give me a ride to work when my truck broke down, someone to confide in, eventually he moved in when he had trouble with his rental.  One day- we had been dating about 7 months (known each other just over a year) he proposed. That's all she wrote- we got married a year after that, i graduated and we moved. We just make certain to tell the other when there's something bothering one of us before it gets to be a problem.  Talk about the best way to fix it and that's worked thus far.  We argue a little but it eventually becomes funny because usually we're just tired and grumpy.  Life takes effort to be enjoyable and so does love. Don't be lazy, do things for each other to show you care.  Encourage each other and back each other up. 

Lessons & tips: Love someone who is good for you, who supports your goals and wants you to be happy... know you love that person and not the idea of that person.  Love is not selfish, it doesn't have to be.  Look at the things you love most about that person every day- nothing is worth causing a rift with someone so important in your life.
