I would love to get one. I am redoing my room and want to have a cork board wall and pin up lots of polaroid pictures:)Theres something so sincere and beautiful about them

How to get a polaroid camera

How I did it: A family friend had an old camera. They arn't that hard to find online.. the only thing is with the film no longer being made its a big hurdle to get over. Lessons & tips: If its something you are gonna wanna use a lot buy film in bulk off ebay... its the only way to get it even remotely affordable. |

How I did it: I always wanted a polaroid camera, and when I heard they were being disscontinued I freaked out. So I begged my parents and i think they got mine on ebay, they're harder to find then one would think. Actually the film really costs alot, i dont know the excact numbers, but apperantly the 4 packages of film i have cost more than the actual polaroid camera. But its all worth the film's accidental inmperfecti… Read how I did it…

I have several, because I am a photonerd. I found a very old Land 104 at someones attic and an Image2 and the rainbowcolor one at a thrift store.
I have used them in the past but I lost interest in them. They are too expensive to use.

are a bit too pricey. So I don’t think it’s really worth doing it, but I still like using for testing scenes.

i took mine travelling, the polaroids came home with me but the camera decided to stay in singapore…with family friends.
until i see it again i need another one..has anyone bought polaroid cameras in SYDNEY, who can recommend a good place?
otherwise i will resort to ebay again

It’s just a really good way of documenting everyday of my life. Since I do not have a digital camera just yet,(although, I saw this really cool looking mini size digital cam. with a key chain-which I also need-for $10 at Walgreens.
I just want to put some pictures in my diary.

Yes I finally got one! And let me tell you, it is so worth it since in 5 seconds you have a work of art that you didn’t have to wait to get developed. It is a wonder.

I was at a yard sale with my mom and I ended up getting this polariod camera for free and it came with film too! what a bargain.
