Bf got me a lovely shiny 8gig iPod nano for wobs.
I love it!!! (And the bf.)
So I’m spending my christmas days ripping my favourite CDs (all of which are paid for originals), so I can listen to them on my iPod.
So much for finally listening to The Kooks and NERD while riding my bike. Their CDs are Copy Controlled. I am branded a thief upon purchase of such a medium! I mean, I did pay for the original CD, so why can’t I copy it for personal use on another medium? I could copy it to a tape! Unclefuckers EMI. Third party middleman cash converting assholes. Screw Lars Ulrich. I vow to never again buy any artists’ merchandise if I cannot copy it for personal use.
