Back to my regular yoga class and practice. It feels good.

This always makes me feel better both physically and mentally but for some reason I don’t carve out the time and stay consistent. I really want to try to figure out a way to do so.

I was doing this for a while until my beloved yoga studio closed! I plan on starting again once find somewhere else to go. When I was doing it, I really loved it.
