I’m one year into my 3 1/2 year-round schooling. The majority of my learning will take place over the next year. I’m 4 weeks into my 8 weeks of summer classes, and it sucks. These past 4 weeks have been the longest 4 weeks of my life. I know this is exactly what I should be doing and I’m exactly where I need to be; I just had the crazy misconception that going through this schooling would be an enjoyable process, but forgot that it’s still school, and school just is not enjoyable. I look forward to when this next year is over with.

I want to become a vet Tech because i love animals and i figured that if i was going to go to college for something ide be doing for the rest of my life, it better be something i love and i wont mind doing everyday. Animals are never boring to me. I think it would be a great, exciting, and fun job for me.

So I am enrolled with Penn Fosters Vet Tech program. I just need to make sure I stick with it and don’t make excuses not to complete my classes. I like the subjects, and I love animals, and it would definitely help with my job. I just need to keep going. I feel myself slowing down already but I don’t know why. I’m only up to Biology, and I like Bio. I did really well in school with it, and recognize a lot of the terms. I just need to actually absorb what I’m reading, and concentrate on being able to recall what things mean.
