i love cheese.
cheese on bread, pasta, by itself. mostly anything with cheese or that is cheese.
so saying no to eating cheese is one of the hardest things that I need to do if i was to reach my target weight.
1st temptation today.
friend came into the bedroom and was offering me bread and cream cheese. thanked her but declined. (it also helped that and did not look while they ate, and that i have blocked nose today).
yay for me!!!
now let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Cause for some reason, I am good at starting things (personal projects and all) but always end-up leaving them unfinished or half-ass done.
Either I get bored half-way through, or give-up because I’ve reached a dead-end without finding a workaround.

I get hungry so quickly right now. My love affair with food must come to an end, otherwise I’ll never be able to achieve the best body I can get without surgery.
I tend to use the computer as a distraction, but I must learn to not binge even when I’m not on the computer!
Snacks are certainly not good for me. Almost as not good for me as excess desserts and multiple portions.

I HAVE been eating less in comparison to normal. I did do a lot of walking and things yesterday, though.
Also, I’ve started buying things I actually NEED instead of things I want.

I think I’ve just gotton way too good at logically justifying things to myself. I present a fairly good argument and accept that, rather than just laying down the law and saying NO.
