Ugh, this brings back bad childhood memories of taekwondo. They’d shout at us all the time and we’d have to do 100 situps in February in a building without heat. But I was super-fit for it.
Worth doing!
back in may, i realised i was tired of dealing with my thighs, i hated them! i started working out, but i did everything. my thighs went to how i liked them, but i mainly focased on my abs. they were so nice, if i did a pose in the mirror, i looked like i had jessica alba’s abs. i did 150 in the morning, and 150 at night. sometimes i’d be tired to do them at night but id always push myself in the morning.
getting to 150 wasnt just like that, it didnt happen quickly. it took time, and i increased by day. yes, it was hard and it burned like a fire in my muscles. but i kept telling myself, it would pay off. that id look in the mirror one day and see a gorgeous body. id keep going till i couldnt do no more. and one day, i did look in the mirror and see the improvement. i was so nicely toned.
i havent worked out in a while, i stoped once i got to how i was happy. but i bet if i pushed myself agian, i could do it. i already proved myself.
Did my 40 again. I think it was a bit easier this time around. I actually found my mind wandering as I did them.
I was tempted to go to 45, but didn’t want to risk form. I’ll wait until my body gets a bit more used to forty.
got 40 out today. Will be doing some more in karate this evening (which I don’t count because I do those regularly).
I’ll see if I can pass the 40 mark by next week. I hoping for 45.
I did 30 traditional style situps today.

FINALLY, just sat down and did this. at first i did 14 and felt lazy, so i stopped. but then “the safety dance” came on, and i forced myself to not go and change the station until i did 100 more situps. apparently the safety dance song beat was kind of perfect for situps, but as soon as i was done, i bolted to the radio to change the station! phew.
Worth doing!
ya this was fun 100 situps wow it hurt kinda but still i did this once when i was in 5th grade and the other time was last week ya….this is worth doing so ya…
