LIVE: find opportunities to dance

Went to Beat Club with group of friends in June – it was great! Fab music, cheap drinks, friendly people – we will definitely be going again..a regular dance slot – hooray!

Decided TREx not good for dancing (and not many friends were keen ) but have now seen poster for ‘beat club’ which could be more doable – sixties music, monthly dates so more chances. Need to take down details and look into it..

This could be my chance! T-Rex tribute band are coming to Whitby next month – should be good for a bop! Need to contact likely dancing mates…

Went to the Abba tribute concert and had a bit of a bop – not too much as just recovering from a yucky sotmach bug. Found out that my two friends also would like to go out dancing more – so we’ll try to find more events to go to together ..

Just seen a poster downtown for Abba Mania 0n 23rd April in Scarborough – how’s that for a dancing opportunity? Will have to see who fancies coming along …

I need to be more proactive about finding out where and when I can go dancing locally. There is a cost issue. I can’t afford to go to classes regularly (and have done this in the past)so it will have to be the occasional concert/do – then I have to find someone to go with, as hubby will NOT dance!
