night before and in the morning

In the night:
- occasional baths, face masks, spa treatments that make me feel good, moisturizing feet
- do hair at night: wash/dry hair every three days, spruce up in between
- make sure laundry is done and pick out clothes for next day
- check schedule, organize things I need for next day
In the morning:
- have time for breakfast
- take care of skin
- time to really walk dog
- time to feed and pet kitties
- get things ready for the day
