    Got another date coming up on 12/31! I’m loving this!

    A ‘semi-date’ with 5yo is planned as well. We’d like to take him to a movie, but we feel 3yo may still be too young. Grandma said she’d watch her. So, 2 dates coming up this month!

    Whoa! 11 months ago

    Twice in one month! Gma watched the kids overnight last night so we finished all the odds and ends of christmas. Dinner at Red Lobster and a brief hiatus for me to work the Saturday service at 6.

    Best part was in the morning we drank coffee and wrapped gifts together without any rush. Just being together was nice.

    First babysitting of my 43 things journey begins tomorrow! A good friend from church is coming over to watch the kids in the afternoon, so Dad and I can go out and finsh Christmas shopping (and maybe grab an early dinner.)

    Goal: One night out (or afternoon, as the case may be) per month for a year!

    We need to get out more! The kids are 5 and 3 and we need to start getting babysitters. Dinner once a month would be a start.
