I post my letter here just in case my email did not reach you.

Thank you for your generous support of the Long Island Chapter of the Crohn’s-Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). I wish I could send an individualized email to each and everyone of you thanking you for your support of this walk-a-thon for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. However, it would take me until next decade because there were so many of you. Besides, some of you even made more than one donation. I know who you are and so do you!

The support and the generosity from each of you was so overwhelming this year and helped to raise $1,830 of my total $3,180.00. I made my goal of $2,500 high because I knew, with the help of all of you, we could far succeed it and we did.

The walk itself has raised $251,483.01!!! This does not include all of the last minutes checks and cash that are still pouring in and have not been processed yet. This is the most money I have ever seen the Long Island Chapter of CCFA raise for one event in a long time.

Because of your help, the CCFA will continue to support research that will hopefully lead to a cure and the suffering of so many will end.

Ok, so I finally got the motivation to do this after Segsy passed her goal. Yeah, I am a power procrastinator.

But I did it. Money has been tight, so I got as generous as I could.

Due to other giving and situations beyond my control, I really haven’t been able to do this like I had hoped.

I am, however, extremely happy that you met your goal! And I WILL find a way to contribute in the fight against these illnesses somehow!

Less than one week away is the walk.
