How I did it: I have no idea - it's been two whole months. Much too long for me to remember. I'm too busy living a new life to bother thinking about the old one! But I suppose I did it with grim, foolish determination. Read how I did it…
How I did it: More all-nighters than I can recall. Lots of weed, cigarettes, and coffee. Be friends with as many people as you possibly can in your major and you will do just fine. Also, don't think you can just drop a class or withdraw, you'll regret it for as long as you're paying back your college loans. I was an idiot for half the time I was at RIT, but I feel like everyone needs to do that however it long it takes them to realize that college isn'… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I got my AA at a community college near my home and then went to school online to get my BFA. I even graduated Cum Laude.Taking classes in the evenings only meant taking only 1 or 2 classes each semester but I loved every minute of it and would do it all over again. In fact I am going to continue going to school! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Hard work, lots of time and commitment. I lived on campus the whole time, got involved with activities, and made friends. It's more than a piece of paper. Read how I did it…

No, I don’t need it. No, I don’t get paid more. Yes, it’s expensive and I have to pay for it. No, I really don’t have a GOOD reason. Why get it? I feel “less than” without it!

It really does unfortunately look like I can only start working on & writing my bachelor’s in 2010. Sigh. But what can you do.

That’s the only thing that would save my butt right now, to be honest: a true miracle.
I went to talk to our assistant today about the proseminarium course and she said that there’s no point in going to the first meeting on Thursday to see if someone would give up their spot. (The pecking order was determined by our amount of study points in our major.) I found out from our notice board that I’m the third one in line, so if three people cancel, I’ll get in. But since that is highly unlikely, I’ll need to wait ‘til the spring. Our assistant will let us know after Thursday if something does happen, but I’m not holding my breath.
So they’re arranging another proseminarium group in the spring and I’d better get in that one. But there are no guarantees about that, I’ll have to go through the same thing then as I did now. If I don’t get into the course in the spring either, I’ll be royally screwed. I don’t know what I’ll do if I can only start working on my bachelor’s degree after a whole year.
I was hoping that my newly arrived 10 study points would help me to get higher on the waiting list, but our assistant said that she wouldn’t count new points in; the situation is what it is now. It’s really eating me to know that if I would have gotten those study points just a week earlier, I might not be having these troubles at all now. För fan.

I’m in the line for our proseminarium group for this year. This is making me very nervous. I better get in that course now, otherwise my plans will get somewhat screwed up. I mean, that course lasts for the whole school year.
How can I even be in the line when I was enrolling myself for the course at 6:01am, the minute enrolling began. I know they only take 8 people in that group, but seriously. How am I in the line?! Grr.
So yeah, I’m hoping to get my bachelor’s degree in the next two years, probably year and a half, if all goes well. Then I’ll be done with Nordic languages, my major.
I am getting ready to apply to UNC to get my BSN online! Will be completed in 3 semesters for under $10,000 total!
I am in my sophmore year to become a teacher, and I have managed to maintain a 4.0 while taking full-time classes while working full-time, and I recently received a scholarship for Fall ‘09! I am so excited, and it is so rewarding.
I just got my results and it turns out I have failed one class, so I will study in August this summer… yet, I’m satisfied with the rest of my results.
Only 2 semesters to go n I will finally be done with undergrad, I’m studying hospitality administration and I definitely plan on going into the hotel industry..til then I’m gonna enjoy my last summer of college!!
