live somewhere new for a month

living in la my whole life is routine and tiring
i want to be in a different place
breathe in different smells
see a different landscape when i wake up in the morning
instead of hot and busy la
where there’s so much smog and pollution you can’t even see buildings in the distance

i want to go to a place where the grass is greener and the water bluer
where the people are friendlier and less occupied
where life is simple and happy
the way it was way back when

being somewhere new would hopefully invigorate me and give me hope, when i’d have to come back to la
i want to be somewhere else for ATLEAST a month

*must do this before graduating
