I showed up for the water aerobics class and was the only one there. Apparently the other students had conflicting plans and couldn’t make it. I was glad to be the only one though because it gave me a chance to get comfortable with being in the pool without worrying that I might be doing things wrong and making a fool out of myself!
I was surprised at how much of a workout I actually got. We used these styrofoam weights that are the equivalent of 8-10 pounds and I really felt the pull on my muscles. I’m looking forward to my next class.
My goal is to take the class every Friday, and in time see if it helps with my toning goals… 5 years ago
