I just got to a hundred. I hope I can finish this by September and retain all of it. =)

Finally, my chart looks as you can see – all green! I’m so happy, this is probably the “biggest” goal now I completed with the help of 43things :)
I will surely continue reviewing the cards for some time, but the focus switches to iKnow and Japanese Core 2000. Let’s learn some real Japanese vocabulary for a change :))

I’m late a little bit with this goal, but it’s not too bad… I’m so close to finishing it that it hurts xD just 100 failed cards to remember, and I’m quite familiar with most of them. So, in two days… ^^

In theory, I know all the kanji in the book as I tried to remember them for the last few months… but the point is, I didn’t really use Reviewing the Kanji, just studying the characters from the book and probably not reviewing enough :(
So, now I put them all in the Reviewing the Kanji and start struggling with the flashcards! ^^
I give myself time to the end of May to embrace the characters at least to the point when I can start with Japanese Core 2000.

My second sub-goal regarding completing Remembering the Kanji 1 is the goal to achieve a total number of 1300 Kanjis by the end of March 2009

As I learned from so many nice Lifehacker blogs and webpages – I have to split my goals into smaller steps, therefore I set my first subgoal to be: 1000Kanjis until end of January.

1/4 done. (milestones are such an ingenious thing ;))
What’s more, I managed to do as much as 69 kanji today! This goal is going so smoothly that it’s suspicious :D

20% :D
I wonder if I will manage to keep the rhythm of 50 characters daily. If so, I will end it in February and start some real Japanese learning…
