My kid has an IKEA bed, rug, lamp, and storage/bookcases. I’d call that furnished.
I didn’t choose the Ikea look myself, but rather got stuck with it. Where else would you buy furniture for a student accommodation house in Sweden though? Everything in my room is from Ikea. The bed, bedding, desk, chairs, tables, cupboards, shelves, mirrors, lamps and even the plants. Move into the kitchen and it’s the same story. The towels, plates, couches, tables, cutlery, utensils – ALL from Ikea. I am sure if you could buy a fridge at Ikea too, they would have.
I have a lot of IKEA furniture and love their look and prices, but you really do have to watch what you buy from these guys. The particle board furniture can be hit or miss, and you do have to watch out for quality. If it looks crappy in the store, it’s going to equally bad when you get it home. Your room will look better and less “off the rack” if you mix IKEA in with other modern, clean-lined furniture.

It’ll almost certainly be my kid’s bedroom. The last time I was in Ikea, I saw a mini-loft bed, probably 2.5’ off the ground, with a slide. How great is that?
