hike once a week

above 50F so hiking will start again next week. Going to Alabama and I plan to hike there. A new place is always fun.

Going back to school so hiking won’t be as much of a priority, Hiked these last weeks had a lot of fun, except it was really hot out last week so we were roasting and one of my friends got pretty sick from the heat.

Wow, the boys did great. It took 2 1/2 hours to go two miles, but no meltdowns from my almost three year-old. The weather was beautiful, the view was beautiful and the elevation gain was only 300 feet. Perfect.

Went for an hour walk with LaLa this evening and took the boys to Black Hill in Morro Bay this afternoon. It was a great walk with the kids. Last time I took them, the littlest one was just 2 1/2 and I recall it being a chore and not too fun getting him to the top of the hill. This time, he’s almost three, it was a piece of cake for him and big brother. His this a taste of the future when we can go on walks that challenge me physically a bit more? Hurray!

Yesterday, At a place I haven’t been to in a while, Had alot of friends come. We jumped off a 25ft waterfall and we all ended up exhasted by the end of the day!

hiked again.I took two friends we had alot of fun. Unfortunately I’m unable to hike this week because I have such a crazy week. Exams are starting next tuesday too so I’ll just have to wait and see.

Did this again over the weekend. 2 hours in the pouring rain, My sneakers are still soaked.Ah well,just hope the weather’s better this week!

Hiked for 3 hours sunday, It was great discovered a whole new trail.Can’t wait to go again I’m thinking about taking a few friends hopefully they’ll enjoy it.

I love to hike. It is wonderful physically and mentally. I plan on Hiking Once a week from now on at least during spring fall and summer. Unfortunatly winter here is to cold. I hike in Devils hole the most beautiful place close to home despite its grusome history. There is nothing quite like Watching the class IV rapids, visiting the caves and enjoying the trees.

Took the dog for a walk on my own. Multi-tasked by listening to an interview that I must transcribe and analyze.
