How to keep a one sentence journal

 How I did it: I just set aside a few minutes at the end of each day to jot down a one-sentence summary of what I did that day. Sometimes I'd post it directly online, sometimes I'd just make a note of it on paper for a couple of days. It's really easy to do. I've only been going about three weeks, but I've decided to mark this one as done. |
