play bass in a band

Well I used play guitar- obsessively and then for some strange reason I just stopped! Then recently a friend asked me out of the blue to play bass in his band… AND he’s loaning me a bass until I can get my dream bass- a purple heart shaped daisy rock! Now to get a zoom effects unit and set up a good stack to play it through!

Now just gots to get my chops sorted out!

i played bass in a band for 5 years and made some great friends from it and played at the albert hall twice, was worth doing

i now hav a band!!!! we have decided to give it a go and we will practice of the two weeks holidays we all have off skool!! yay!!

i have ALWAYS wanted to play in a band…and now ive been playing bass for six months, so it’s about time i found my self a drummer and a lead who can sing….

I’m absolutely horrible, but at least I can say that played shows before. I’m in a four-girl weird alt/punk/ballad/whateverthehell band. We’re not all so good, but people have told us that we’re a lot of fun, and we have some local fans. We’ve even been recognized at a diner. Definately worth it, for the experiance :D
