How I did it: Wow, didn't think I'd end up making this one...this fall and winter have been heavy hitters for a lot of stuff going on; but, the Twilight series had me tearing through pages! I think I got through Breaking Dawn (750pgs) in 3 (long) nights! :) So good! 1. Anna Karenina (Leo Tolstoy)

3. A Separate Peace (John Knowles)
4. How to Win a Fight With a Conservative (Daniel Kurtzman)
5. Good Dog. Stay. (Anna Quindlen)
6. Enchantress of Florence (Salman Rushdie)
7. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle (David Wroblewski)
8. Animal Farm (George Orwell)
9. Twilight (Stephenie Meyer)
10 New Moon (SM)
11. Eclipse (SM)
12. Breaking Dawn (SM)
13. 1/3 of the way through Training Your Retriever (James Lamb Free)...want to brush up my skills since we're getting a new yellow lab pup: Lilly (! :) ) in Feb!!!
Lessons & tips: If you're trying to break into the reading game again and it's been awhile: just pick up an old favorite, and read, read, read!!
Also, try not to let yourself get too judgy about books, or feel bad about the genre of books that you prefer to read.
I know some ppl only like to read nonfiction, or only very serious books...but good writing and insights can come from anywhere. The only real requirement to see into the human mind...is to be human.

This is not going well at all.
It’s mars, and I’ve only read like…half a book.
I still have 9 months to go though, so…
Will just have to read lots and lots of books in the summer or something :)
