i think i am a lot more accepting of myself but i still drop into short periods of self hatred and realising that there’s nothing good about me…or at least not being able to think there is anything good about me. sometimes i think i’m everything i hate but that doesn’t mean i can’t love myself ^_

but surely, I’m getting there…
