I’ve been keeping to the left handed mouse entry at work. It helps quite a bit. The only problem was last week when I did a lot of baking – stirring dough by hand is hard. But that was just normal muscle depreciation.

I switched back to the wireless mouse/keyboard and brought in my monitor stand. Also using left hand. All helped except I’m too used to the ergo keyboard, so I plugged that back in. Need to get more Soma for my shoulder, which still feels pretty bad.
I forgot my monitor stand, and either that or using a trackball has warped my right arm/shoulder. Gaaaaah.
After getting a laptop my arms became like putty. So I begged my employers for a separate mouse and keyboard. I also got a monitor stand to raise the laptop to eye level, and I began doing exercises during breaks. I installed WorkRave for consistent break time, and finally I had a friend at MSFT get me a natural keyboard. So far, so good.
