PRIL79 thinking ... (don't you see the smoke)
Well i have not even tried to do this.. but right now i have tap nights and a new first time aerobics class. The cool thing is the teacher is a friend of mine and it’s at work. Out boss said it was cool. Well yesterday i started to do my “Homework” and that is 400 sit ups WOW my legs hurt. my belly is a tad sore by my leg’s…
we do 4 different types of sit ups and it feels like it’s going to help my ability to stretch.
my teacher wants me to work out 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week. and do the 400 sit ups a day.. at least for this week…
so yeah this is going to motivate me to look better feel better maybe touch my toes. :)

I tried my first cycling class on Friday. It really kicked my butt, because I’ve never sweated so much before and was dying after 20 minutes. But I kept at it and was able to finish the hour. This morning when I weighed myself, I lost 2 pounds. I plan on keeping up the increased routine. It also gives structure to my day.

I have not lost any weight since the beginning of the year. I’m still about 20-25 pounds over my desired weight. So I decided to step it up this week. I went to two gym classes on most days, even if it was something not too strenuous, like yoga. Having my body keep moving is making me feel better and even trimmer. I was able to fit into a pair of shorts that I was not able to button for a while AND feel comfortable in them!

PRIL79 thinking ... (don't you see the smoke)
Well i went to put on my pants this morning and I have a little belly roll.. (i’m not fat) regardless something I’m not use to ! I have been super thin my hole life. and with combo birth control, thyroid and lack of motivation to get my butt of the couch. i have gained 30 lb from last year! i weigh as much as i did in high school. still I’m not saying I’m fat but i don’t have enough money to go by new clothes all thought that might be nice! I just got these!!!
so i think i found a tad bit of motivation that and Frank and I were talking about when we marry how we both want to look our best! So Here’s to a new lifestyle attempt 101 :)
Motivation:- To look super on my wedding day (at least 2 years from now)
- to be healthy so if i have kids I won’t have to make the change then…
- To fit in my clothing
- To eat healthier so I can feel better overall health wise!
okay i got to be honest I stopped smoking what aug 06 and sort of started back up again! so I’m going to read my habit book again and work on stopping again! honestly i do think i can put it down again simply but i guess i need more bad habits so i can help install the good ones! EXCUSES ERRR I’m good at them!
so even tho i have cheated for the past month i need to get back on track!
I will start posting more regular on this post.. Next post are the goals and the reformatting of what i need to get done!
I will use this as my journal (and I’ll try to remember to use spell check)

5 sessions weight training
2 sessions kick-boxing
1 session pilates
2 sessions yoga
1 walk
Equals a sum total of 11 hours of exercise this month. Not as good as last month. There was just so much social activity. I’ll definitely do better next month.

I’ve only exercised five times this month; should have at least been to the gym seven times. And I chose easy things like walking and yoga. Aack! It’s just been so busy this month. More social activities than anything. Need to get back on that wheel.

I was pretty faithful to working out on the average of three days a week. But I didn’t lose any weight; I weigh pretty much the same as at the beginning of the month.
Weight trained eight times at the gym, one hour each time.
Yoga, once.
Three walks, at least 30 minutes to one hour each time.
One hour of kickboxing, which kicked my ass.
Total of 13 hours of exercise.

I’ve been good about working out for one hour every other day, so I’ve been doing three days a week. Last Friday, I didn’t go to my weight training class for some reason. Luckily, I went to a yoga class the day before, so I counted that.
By next month, I’m going to add on a walk.

PRIL79 thinking ... (don't you see the smoke)
Well this month I think I stepped 10 minutes! not joking i’m just having a hard time getting started with this!
only to think last year this time i was doing 15 minutes every morning!
maybe i should try evening this time!
so i’ll try that before bed work out - since i can’t get past that dang snooze button :)
So does tap class count as 30 minutes of workout! it’s not the stepper but it’s work(fun work)! lol
