a lot of new clothes. and was able to get rid of a lot of old clothes. And I got clothes for Christmas that were actually my style :). So, I’m on my way to achieving this goal. Not quite there, but one day people are going to say “I saw this and knew you’d love it.” and I will love it. 4 months ago

...put away $10-$20 a week and save it up for clothes in a seperate bank account from my husband by the end of the year I hope to have about $700 to spend on a whole new wardrobe! It’s going to be hard to wait, but think about the payoff at the end is going to make it worth it. I also hope to have lost weight by then and be at least close to my goal weight, so I hope to be able to find a lot of clothes that I’m happy with at that time because I hope to be able to fit into clothes better! I’m feeling rather smug right now waiting to go to the bank tonight to put my cash away into my private account, so my husband won’t realize my new budget for clothes lol. 16 months ago

left to Francesca’s. New boots from Khol’s (SimplyVera) with my $50 gift certificate :), and a new pair of jeans from TJMaxx with my $40 gift certificat. I bought a shirt from francesca’s and it was cute, and it still is, but I think it will be much better if I lose some weight in my arms…and stomach…and ya know, everywhere… working on that. 16 months ago
