I want to take an actual culinary course, not just a couple of cooking classes.
People doing this are also doing these things:

Took a few basic classes at a chef’s school ages ago… though now I would rather just learn to cook & experiment at home!
My friend Jackie and I have gotten together each of the past three Wednesdays to bake some delicious and experimental treats… (pi(e)s, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes)... and what better way to learn than by doing! Schedules permitting, I think this may be the start of Baking 102…
Who wouldn’t want to take cooking classes. We all have to eat, so you may as well make it an enjoyable experience. I personally think that a home cooked meal made with care always turns out great, and if you could master seasoning to taste with a considerable arsenal of spices, and perfect your cooking techniques, you could have a better than restaurant experience everyday, and adapt it exactly to you and your family’s taste.
I have identified 4 cooking classes at Central Market that I am going to take between now and May. I am super excited.
I would like to learn some new techniques in the kitchen. I’m thinking that French cooking classes would be nice to start with.
I would like having some regular cooking classes at first ans than bakery classes.
It´s all part of an old dream odf having a charming coffee shop.
Well, I took a class. One. It met 4 times I think. It wasnt bad. I made a few of the things we learned how to make, but not many. There are more I could take, but Im not sure I want to. They are all more expensive (starting at around $75), and they have at most 4 sessions (some are just 2 and cost $150). I guess what Im trying to say is, I am cooking on my own, and I seem to be doing a good job, so I dont see the reason for the classes. I dont know. Maybe I will take something on Indian or Thai food, something unusual I dont know much about.
