Dirtyfoot spending time on the computer, and getting over being sick.

yesterday was my first day 4 months ago

Well I did pretty good. I had oatmeal for breakfast, a salad and a chicken breast for lunch and some mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Much healthier for me than not eating breakfast and just snacking on junk all day. I need to start an excercise routine now and stick to my goals. I’m going to loose 40 lbs in 3 months, I know I can do it!!!

    Ugh exercise! 4 months ago

I have a lot of work to do! For me to get back in shape I need to loose about 40 pounds and really tone up. I’m not the easiest person to motivate either. I never really had to worry about it, I was one of those people who just didn’t really gain anything. It all started when I went on the BC pills, I gained 15 pounds the first two months. Then I got up to 185 pregnant, thats a LOT considering I’m only 5’1. So now I’m still 155 five months later. I looked and felt my best at 110, and thats where I would really like to be again soon, wish me luck lol.

He's killing me! 14 months ago

Had several sessions with my personal trainer and apart from the fact that I want to punch him in the face at the end of every session (but don’t have the energy) I would recommend this route to anyone! You never really push yourself if you’re on your own down the gym doing the same old boring routine… this costs but is worth every penny!

As with all things you start well and slowly lose interest. Still going once or twice a week but not really ‘into’ it anymore, so instead of giving up like most people do I’m getting myself a personal trainer/nutritionist and going to really give it a really go this time… give it 6 months and I won’t recognize myself!

    Getting better 19 months ago

I now go the gym 3 times a week and starting to (slowly) feel better about myself. Everything in life is about your mindset, if you make excuses and/or don’t set goals you’ll never do what you really wanna do! Get up early, go the gym and get on with your day.

Ready to get started! 2 years ago

I’ve been fighting with depression over about the past two and a half years. During this time I have gained and lost and gained and lost… and most recently REALLY GAINED some weight.

I just want to loose it for good and keep it off. I decided that starting this weekend I’m going to make more concious decisions about what food I will eat and when I eat.

I did it 2 years ago

I am training regularly for over a year now.

I feel myself a lot better. One of the best things I ever did for myself!

    Progress report 3 years ago

To be honest, I’ve already started this goal 5 months ago.

    I had 3 targets:

    Losing 30 Kg
    Gaining more power
    Be fitter

Right now I lost 20 Kg and I am not as fast exhausted as I used to be.

There’s still a long road ahead, but I will succeed in this one
