go abroad in 2008

I’ve been lucky enough to go abroad three times this year.
In March, I went to London, UK.
In April, I went to Stockholm, Sweden.
In May, I went to London again (for 6 weeks), staying there til July.

Now I really wish I could go abroad again. Even for a short trip, even somewhere as close-by as Tallinn. I just want to travel a bit again. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem at all likely to happen.
But I’ll just have to hope that in 2009 I’ll get to go abroad again and see some great, new places. There are some very interesting plans in the making, let’s hope that they work out.

it’s the only think i am sure that i absolutely love.
so this yr i have been to Denmark, Latvia, got Portugal on my list and somewhere in Asia afterwards.
am very sorry i missed out on Bosnia and India but it was a very strange moment in my life when things turned and twisted real quick not to my favor.
regards to all travelers – enjoy the freedom of stepping on different parts of the world!

I’m gonna give up on this goal, at least for now. The Nepal+India plans are already failed. And it seems like, the only reasonable time to go abroad for me is the summer and in summer I’ve got many many many stuff to do. Gonna be really busy especially with my university applications etc.

I hopefully will become a university student at the end of the summer and this will probably mean that I’m moving to another city and have to deal with many things like finding a place to live, registrations, etc which needs lots of MONEY.

But I still got bright plans for the summer, I’m starting up a new life, so I dont have a right to complain if I don’t travel abroad this summer..!

Stockholm – here I come! :)

(Feeling better than yesterday, but still not totally well. I’ll just take my chances.)

I am definitely missing London, big time. ♥ Let’s hope I’ll get to go back there asap.

I had almost forgotten about the trip to Stockholm, it’s under two weeks away now! Even though it’s not the destination I’d most like to go to, I will be very grateful for the chance and embrace it fully. I think it will be fun, I will also get a chance to practise my Swedish skills (which, at the moment, scares me more than excites me :,D but I’ll survive) and spend time with my classmates. But I’ll try not to spend any money there, apart from necessities like food.

Back home. Buhuu.

Antonie and I are going to conquer England in March. We’ve both now got airline tickets and we also booked ourselves a hostel room today. We’ll spend six nights in London and then head for Newcastle.
Planning the trip is so much fun! :>

This year is starting to already look really good, travel-wise.
I’m still toying with the possibility of going to Turkey too. ;) Maybe later, in the summer. It would be very nice.
So yeah, as much trips abroad as possible for me, please! :D

My class is going to Stockholm, Sweden, in April. :)
I’ve been there a couple of times, but this shall be the first time when I get to spend time there in a proper fashion. We’ll be there for four days, should give me good time to get to know the city better. And we’ll be going to cool places like the editorial office of Dagens Nyheter.
Can’t wait!

(But I’d like to go abroad more than once this year. I’ll just have to try to figure out something.)

Elif and I were actually planning to take a Greece&Italy or Northern Europe trip for this summer but… not anymore since I learned that the trip plan of our Yoga teacher and Yoga group in including the Nepal too !!!

I will pray everyday to be able to go there!
I have to save money like crazy…
But I also want to get that camera too…
Oh, I don’t know what I’m gonna do :D

The other two trip ideas are also sounding just great…
But well, I may not even be able to accomplish this goal in case I don’t have money in the summer :D

Today I visited my Yoga teacher and asked him about the India trip that’s being planning…

If everything goes ok, there may be an India trip that I’ll have on August, but if the plans fail, there may not.

The probable trip is going to take about 700 Euro. I think until that date, I can save that amount of money. Well, this is even less than the Germany trip I had this summer!

It’s my dream to go to India&Nepal, and this can actually happen this summer. Oh God, pleeeeeeze, I terribly want to go!!!

And Gulf Air, please don’t let us down!
