I’ve always been keen on going to Miami. I want to go there when the Miami Music week is on. It’ll be awesome. Obviously the music and parties won’t be as good as European stuff, but it would be nice to see the American side of things for once. I wanna drive down ocean avenue or whatever the street alongside the south beach is called. I practically know the city already from GTA vice city lol!

Went for a friend’s house party the other night. As soon as i rolled up into the desolate place I realized I was totally romanticizing the entire place. But I had a brilliant time. Got to see a lot of old friends, met some new people, and rocked my pirate gear. Then I got to come home to my boyfriend and wake him up at 6 in the morning and be glad it was him I was hanging out with where I was at rather than being 2 hours away from home.

I’m sure most people meant Miami, FL. I’m talking about Miami, OK. It’s been a while since I’ve been up there and I really miss a lot of people. I would love to go have coffee and look around the bookstore I used to work at. Visit my old friends, see my old house. Visit the library. Even look at NEO. I miss that place more than I ever would’ve imagined. It was really my coming-of-age location.

I have visited Miami twice, in addition to living there for five years. I love it there! I’d never have left if it weren’t for the fact that I am a scientist by training and there is not much in the way of job opportunity there for that sort of thing. Alas.
But it is a great place to visit!

I suggest to rent an apartment. It is more private and much cheaper than hotel. Plus, you can cook there. If you want to party and have better dining choices, South Beach is definitely preferable to North Miami Beach (renting a car is not too convinient due to the limited parking) . I stay in the North, when I just want to swim and relax for few days; for those ac-ties, its perfect. Dont forget to visit Everglades and Aquirium!
