    For the past two weeks I’ve forgotten to go get my shot on Tuesday, remembering on Wednesday morning. I need to make sure I remember on next Tuesday and every other subsequent Tuesday.

    Missed my allergy shot this week (22 May) due to health issues (they won’t give the shot when you’re wheezing).

    Evaluating Progress 1 month ago

    For March & April, my allergy shot tally stands as follows:

    • 8 opportunities to receive the immunotherapy injection
    • 4 times: done!
    • 4 times: missed
      (twice for health reasons, once because the office was closed, & once due to travel)

    Total: 50%—not so good as my January & February total (66%). I’ll try to do better over the next two months.
