How I did it: Made a short list (say, 3-5 names for starters) of friends to whom I wanted to write letters (note: not e-mails, but "real" letters, handwritten, for that "personal touch"). Decided to keep the list short (too long, and I might never get started). Gave myself a deadline date (by midnight of the 7th day), scheduled a time into my calendar when I would sit down and write the letters, then did it! GREAT feeling! And.. even better, the friends were pleased ("surprised" might be more accurate), and it helped to re-connect us after many years! Go for it! Read how I did it… 4 years ago
