cleanse and detoxify my body

This experience was largely uneventful, aside from some good bowel movements. I assume the Dr. Natura program did its work. I feel about the same as I did when I started.

I have restarted my colon cleanse and body detoxify program that I did for the first time one year ago. It will take 30 days.

I don’t know if it’s the new year or what, but my body just feels polluted. Filled with sugar, preservatives, wine, beef, beer. I feel so heavy and unhealthy. My new year’s resolution is to detoxify. Get rid of the toxins and cleanse this ‘ol body of mine. I’m going to GNC today after work to pick up a detox kit.
