I’m not sure if eating within that range EVERY day is realistic… I’m going to allow myself one day to go over per week, at most. I did go over Friday because I went out with friends. Dinner, drinking, and late-night pizza was involved, so yeah! Other than that I did stay w/in range this week.

I have resolved to work out and eat in the 1200-1550 calorie range every day from 1/7-2/7. At this time I will reevaluate. I was fluctuating between 104-106 lbs for a couple weeks, and now I seem to be holding steady at 105.2. I was going to just give up and maintain here, but I decided to give it another month of really focusing on this goal.
