I’m doing it!!!! Yayy!!! I would say at least five days a week now I am consistantly eating my fruits and veggies in one form or another. It isn’t that hard once you just start doing it!

If I can eat fruit and vegies, my wife may eat them, too, and she needs to begin eating more healthful. It’s easier to teach by example.
I am having a lot of fun trying to stay on track with the 5 a day. I find part of it is remembering to share the details each day with my best friend. Today was a mostly green day. I should try to mix it up a bit more
My best friend suggested that we be gentle with ourselves, no matter what we eat. Great dharmic advice from my Pagan friend.
My best friend and I are together attempting to eat a minimal number of fruits (2) and vegetables (3) for at least 40 days. We are now on our seventh day. Although it hasn’t been as difficult as I thought it would be, the weekend was a bust. I didn’t meet the minimum on vegetables on Saturday, and I don’t think I met either on Sunday.
