Basically all my life I’ve been overweight and my family always commented about it. In my sophmore year in highschool I decided to change that and start working out. I have become a lot stronger and lost a lot of weight since I started and just recently benched 250 and weigh 175. When I started I could barely bench 115 and I weighed 195. My goal now is to bench 275 and weigh 175. It’s going to take awhile but if I work hard enough I know I can do it.
