How I did it: I bought $14 worth of organic roma tomatoes from central market, fresh italian herbs, onions, mushrooms ect and looked a recipe up online. I boiled those suckers to remove the skins, then tried to deseed them and take out the water. Then I cooked them for what seemed like fricken forever.
It turned out delicious, but next time I'm getting canned organic tomatoes that are already seeded.

I love to cook, although it’s only within the last few years that I’ve taught myself. It’s the whole having children thing and trying to keep them healthy. Although they both have a very unhealthy obsession with Curry Supanoodles at present. Not good : ( 18 months ago
