Daily: Reflect on as many things as I can think of for which I'm grateful.

1. Today the kid is 6 months old… I can’t even believe it…
2. The new job is as great as any ‘paid position’ can be. I like the people I work with. I don’t really dread going there in the morning.
3. The aforementioned promise has been MOSTLY kept, and for that I feel wonderful. I think it’ll make everything a LOT easier…
4. Ellipses are still great…
5. It’s tax-return time!!!

1. NEW jobby-job
2. Kid is eating the solids like a pro… a professional messy eater that is. But at least he likes SQUASH and veggies.
3. Someone who will remain nameless has made a “promise” to me… a very very special promise. This promise is to stop drinking.
4. I’ve got one foot on 30 and the other on a banana peel. Well, kinda. At least I don’t look that old… ;)
5. Speaking of bananas, YUM.

1. Once again the kid slept through the night, though I didn’t… I got to “watch” him sleep this morning
2. I have renewed HOPE for the future that includes USING 43things, writing more, finding THAT job, learning how to enjoy THESE MOMENTS as they pass…
3. The abusive use of ellipses…
4. It’s cold finally. And sunny. And gorgeous outside…
5. My washer hasn’t gone off-balance all morning! This is new and great!
6. My mother. She is a rock that I have come to appreciate more and more as I get older…

1. The kid slept through the night! So did I! It was fabulous.
2. It’s still freaking warm as Spring outside… though it doesn’t really matter because I’m indoors.
3. My FIL was actually quite pleasant to me yesterday
4. I am now OPTIMISTICALLY unemployed… haha.
5. Being caught up on the cable bill allows me to purchase PPV movies on this dreary January day
6. The kid finally POOPED!!! After trying just about everything I could think of… (never thought I’d be happy about poop)

1. My beautiful son, who as of January the 6th has been with me for 5 months… He is my world, and will always be the #1 thing for which I am grateful
2. The unusually warm/sunny weather for the past few days. January always tends to be so long and gray…
3. My return to 43things – a therapy that I have missed immensely.
4. Soft and fuzzy socks…
5. AND OF COURSE: The time to sit and write out this list! Thanks to whomever invented baby swings.
