Onto better things and goals. 4 years ago

This was a good goal.
I didn;t really have any low lights for december 2007.

We spent New years Eve on the beach after a 42 degree day. Perfect! 4 years ago

Highlights
Christmas Card exchange with 43 thingers.
Already finished and wrapped all Christmas pressies (7th december)
Have started working on what will become my 2008 Resolutions.
Started my “Grateful list” and add to it daily.
Another successful date night with my Bloke, which brings to end that particular goal, as it a goal with a deadline.
Got my hair cut and restyled today- 18/12
Got my nails redone last week.
Had quotes done for floors to be resanded and new blinds to be installed.
Have started working on my “christmas holiday break to do list” early! And getting a few things marked off.
Have been strong about not going to ANYONES house for Christmas, I AM staying home alone.Have survived Christmas with almost all my Sanity intact… did NOT go to Family Christmas, yippeeee I defied them all…wicked laugh
Have started working on 2008’s New years Resolutions.
Have signed up for an art class starting in Feb, Pastels first then work my way up.

Sold Rob’s other house- (finally!!)

Dinner with Matt and Rob at the Football Club.
Weekend away at St Leonards.
Geelong won the Grandfinal.
Australia V’s Canada- World rugby- Aussie’s won.

Kit turned 19 yrs old.
Billy started “Auskick” and kicked his first goal!
Day trip- Anakie Fairy Park- arranged through the school went in a group, cousin and family and Billy’s bestest Buddy Jayden and his family.
Started selling Candlelyte.
Made the promo for our New radio show Rock Therapy
Brought Jock’s Car for me.
Changed from Child Care course to “Aged care course”
Saw Wanda Jackson perform live while she was here touring, she rocks!

Rock n Roll Jamboree- Good Friday fun raiser for Royal Children’s Hospital.
My datenight- hunchbax Theatre Resturant.
Picnic at Jim and Jen’s.
Daytrip to Daylesford on Scarlett with Joe and Wendy.
Built our shoe racks (Finally)
Brought our Chickens Satay and Rosie.
Jarrah went to School camp.
Jim and Jen’s housewarming party and we slept over.

Werribee Zoo- African Drumming night- awesome fun
Daytrip to St Leonards.
Mt Martha Day trip, went strawberry picking and had lunch in Rosebud and walked along the beach.
Rob’s date night- went to see “Wild Hogs” and had dinner st The Ballcourt.
Amber turned 15.
Jasmin’s Debutant Ball- she was amazing and beautiful too.

I had a tooth ache and abssess
Jock was diagnoised with stage 4 cancer of the colon. 4 years ago

Child care course arrived.
Picnic with Cousin and her family at Geelong Beach.
My Great Niece Lily was born.
Picnic at Hanging Rock Car and Bike show- we took Scarlett.
Richmond Football Club’s Family day Billy got to meet some of his heros.
Broadford Historic Motorcycle rally- we turned it into Rob’s date night and had a night away at Kilmore.

Lowlights
Jock was operated on and found out he had Colon Cancer.

Built the kids a cubby house,
Built a new bigger bookshelf in bedroom
Holiday in St. Leonards.
New Printer.
Went to Dunnolly Rodeo,
Billy Had his first sleeepover,
and he turned five and he started school.
Australia day BBQ with friends.
Applied for “Parenting returning to work” grant and got it.

And It got me thinking about all the change that’s happened in my life over the last 7 years, which lead me to think about how much change has happened just this year, and as I headed off to my journal to put these thoughts down I thought I’d make it a goal for 43 things as well.. 4 years ago
