Help plan my sister's BDAY Party

wooo..its today and everything is in place yay!

at lunch i went and bought beverages which is mostest awesome. we ot the cake last night and its just chillin. the stereo system or systems are waiting and prepared.

the snacks are good. the decorations will be up after my sister and her friends get here after school

Wow its tomorrow cant believe it. But everything’s pretty much done im excited! LOL My mom is taking the afternoon off tomorrow to decorate the building and my sisters and a few of their friends are going to help..the cake is on order i think all thats left is getting the drinks and snacks..but Riah’s mom is buying the snacks and im buying the drinks which shouldnt be too bad just getting stuff like lemonade mix and water and teas my sister doesnt want too much soda lol

so its coming along fantastic! its next friday and my sister is super excited
they handed out the invitations yesterday

and i think me my mom and riah’s mom and rae and riah of course are getting together to figure out what all still needs to be done this saturday! woo im excited, my boyfriend is off that friday so he’s gonna come out and help :] how awesome and adorable is he!

so her party is next Friday…and im sooooooooooo glad her and Riah decided to tone things down a bit lol. everythings pretty much together just gotta get the invitations out tomorrow ..most of their firends already know bout the party thanks to MySpace haha..plus a lot of their ‘friends’ are actually relatives so its all good i guess. im excited to see what happens..my BF Stephen is coming that night so he gets to meet my family..well he’s met my mom but my sister are really excited about meeting him

we went to partygalaxy and even though their products werent’ great or what i expected my sister still begged us to get some things there..which we did and the ending total cost was $90 and for the things we purchased was WAY OVER priced! but she’s happy so i guess we should be too lol

she got some streamers table covers a few hats and like 12 chains some star ceiling decorations and i think thats it…oh and confetti and lots of it! so i just need to order some masks to match the hats..some beacon lights and more chains lol.

we’re actually going to borrow a fog machince from a friend..and the music was decided would be in my incapable hands. but i guess i’ll make due!

Soooo…the community hall is free for us to rent cuz we’re super awesome! nah but yeah its free and its a pretty good size and everything i think more than enough room for the guests. now the DJ situation is gonna be hard cuz DJ charge a whole mess load!!! but my mom’s co-worke Anissa’s brother in law is an up and coming DJ so we’re gonna see if he can do ours for free LOL or very low cost hopefully he will otherwise we’ll have to settle for a stereo system cuz there is no way we’re paying $800 for a DJ no sir!!

and we’re actually planning on going to PartyGalaxy possibly next Friday or Saturday considering next week is pay day lol so we’ll be able to get some decorations or at least a good idea how much it’ll cost and with the community hall being free then that gives more $$ for food and the decorations cuz we were planning on at least $350-$600 for a rental hall :)

thats the day we have set for the party! my sister(Rae) and her best friend(Riah) wanna have their parties together and they want a dance oriented theme. although wanna go for like the gangster look the 1920’s/1930’s style you know? so we already have the hats and neckties on order and i dunno they’re both really excited for the party. they have their music picked out..now all we really have to do is reserve some place which shouldnt be too hard and get decorations which i’m really have trouble finding some for the theme they want, and get all the food/drinks and stuff ordered and ready.. also i gotta order a banner and get some goodie bad stuff and the invitations..did i mention they’re inviting 50 people?! lol
