Ok. Find as much information as you can on your therian animal. Make a bunch of different lists. One lists with all the different behaviors of your animal. Another list (or chart) with the bonestructure. Learn the name and shape and size if you can. Next make one with the muscles. After that make one with The common colors of that animal. Make another one about the senses of that animal. Chart which senses are the strongest and weakest. After yo have made yor lists, Study the behaviors list. Every night, when you shift, I want you to get down on all fours and mimic a behavior. Do this every night until you automatically start that behavior everytim you begin to shift. As you start gaining habits, start doing more than one behavior every night. Eventually, you will be able to easily m-shift at that time. Start doing yor shift at different times, but make sure it is not to far off of your normal time. If you switch times after “mastering” the times, you will have more of an ability to m-shift.
That was a m-shift method by me. Please do not copy or claim as your own. I will now explain the senses shift method.
Get your list on the different senses. Now I know there is the basic 5 senses, but they are more complex in certain animals. For example, some animals can sense earthquakes before humans can. They can also Hear, see and smell better. I will use a wolf as an example in this if I need to. You will also need a list of the different components of each area where the main 4 senses are (touch not included). Study the different parts to the ears for hearing. And the same with the other senses. For example, a wolf’s ear is longish and curved, alowing more sound to be picked up. A wolf’s nose is long and pointed, alowwing more smells to be picked up. Get the picture? So when you start shifting (at your original normal time) your senses, visualize and feel these parts, but this time close your eyes. Shift your senses, but shift your eyes last. Open your eyes after you have shifted them, and make yourself see how your animal would. It will be difficult, but keep trying. After you shift your senses keep shifting your behaviors. This may help you chift your senses easier. As for touch, you need to be more aware of vibrations in the air and ground. Be more aware of things on the ground that you don’t usually pay attention to. Remember to do this and your behavioral shift everynight around the same time, but try to switch up times a bit to make shifting easier.
I apologize for the length of this, and also for the time it will take to accomplish this shifting method. But if you are willing to do this and be patient, you will be reworded. I will now share my physical shifting method.
After you can easily m-shift (your behaviors and senses both change at the same time quickly at will), you will know you are ready to p-shift. Grab your lists with the bones, muscles, fur/feather/scales colors and any extra information on the physical aspects you may have. Study them. Try to think of how your bones and muscles will change to form this animal. At the time you normally shift, get in a natural position of the animal. For example if you are a wolf, then you can get on all fours, or lay on your side with your legs/arms stuck out like your playing dead sideways. After you get in the natural position, m-shift. But do not move. as you shift, also make your bones grow or whatever to gain the shape of the animal. As you do this also shape the muscle to the bone. Than make your fur/feathers/scales whatever start to form. For fur it will feel like tiny bluntish needles (sorta like thin pine needles). Scales may feel like your skin growing and cracking. Feathers may fel like bigger needles. But make them grow. Now you cannot feel colors, but your colors will be natural according to your location and animal and also season. You will have certain amounts of fur or feathers accoding to the season so know what season it is. After you can feel the shift has taking place (do not open your eyes), move around your area being unfamiliar of what everything is. If you hear a noise be alert, it could be a predator or prey. Hide some food that your animal eats in an area only the animal could get to. Find the food and eat it. Hide things in different places for you. Make sure they can only be gotten to by your animal. Now after a while of this you will automatically go back to your human form. Most liekly if you go to sleep. You may only barely remember a few seconds of your shift. Write down what you remember. Every time you do this, you will want to write down what you emember. This way you can track your progress. Again teh more you do this, the easier it will become. And the more skilled you become, the longer you will be able to be in your animal form. Eventually, when you get skilled enough, you can open your eyes. It is truely an amazing feeling. Once you accomplish it, you feel powerful. I have not accomplished ths yet, but I will one day.
This will take months or years even to accomplish. But is rewording. I hope you will try this :) 1 day ago
