I joined weight watchers on Halloween. I’ve already started changing little things. I think I’ll be holding myself more accountable with it because you have to write down everything you eat, and you want to go to each meeting with a story of success, hopefully weight loss.

GOTSA LOOOOOONG WAY TO GO, But I’ll get there. Just gotta be consistent with my work outs and eating
I know I can lose weight, but i want to do it safely. The only problem is I love food, especially pasta. I need to find a good diet and exercise routine.
It’ll creep up on you, that extra weight. Five pounds turns to ten, ten turns to twenty. This morning I asked myself, what was I doing differently back then compared to now. I remember telling people ‘how I did it’ by eating only when I was hungry and stopping when I was full. I also remember saying I eat pretty much whatever I want, and have a job that keeps me moving all the time. Well I can probably do all but the last. My current job does have times where I move but not the average 5 miles walked in one work day like my old job. I figured, to make up for this I’ll start walking to work. I live fairly close, about 2 miles away.
A year ago i weighed about 120 lbs. Dont know what happened but i gained about 40 lbs. It started when i started taking birth control. I put on 30 lbs getting on and off of it. By then i was so disgusted with my weight that i kept eating. I want to lose weight as fast as possible. Im gonna start with smaller goals first. But in the end i want to weigh 120 again.
