I am going on my first real vacation in 30 years this summer. I want to look and feel good! In order to do this, I need to change the way I have been living. I resolve to eat right, keep a food journal, exercise at least 4 days a week, keep a work out journal and prepare for vacation.
Week one: Lost 6.1 pounds
Week two: Lost .7 pound (total 6.8)
Week three: Lost 3.0 pounds (total 9.8)
Week four: working on it
