I am starting my first day of getting on a better schedule. I need to start with going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. I am going to make some charts and write in a journal as I begin to change my schedule. I have two kids. My baby girl is almost 8 months old and my son is almost four years old. Does anyone have any advice about getting on a schedule or changing your schedule. I am a stay-at-home mom. I need a lot of help to get on a better schedule. I know that I can do it!
