I haven’t been back to N.M. for two years and I haven’t been looking at property. By the time I go looking again the prices will have probably gone way up. Maybe I can take some time off of work in September to go look at property.
My Friend from NM will be visiting next week.

He keeps me informed on what property has sold near where he lives. I found 10 acres that I really liked last year but it has now sold. There is more land, I just need to get away from here and go look at more property. Since I don’t have a clear plan as to how much land I need (or want) it’s hard to decide on how much to purchase.
I’ll keep looking and Jimbo will keep reminding me how beautiful New Mexico is. That’s what friends are for.

Ideally, I would like a place in the vicinity of Jemez Springs, which is just South of Los Alamos and West of Santa Fe. I think its the most beautiful land I’ve ever seen.

I have been checking out potential areas to purchase land in New Mexico. Like most of the SW US, water is a big issue. I did find 10 acres of land that has water available that is in a nice location. Now I need to determine how much land I want/need. Land is expensive even without anything on it!
At least I am keeping the goal alive.
