bake more cakes

I like baking but realistically I don’t have the time to do this other than on an occasional basis. Think I’ll take this one off my list since it makes me feel guilty every time I see it.

but don’t have much time so it tends to be an occasional activity for special occasions. But I’m determined to bake for Christmas. I won’t make a Christmas cake this year as we’ve only just finished last years (literally 2 days ago – Nov.18th). But I will make my most favourite cake of all time, a Chocolate Log, and some Garland biscuits with 3 different coloured cherries – yummy!

I stopped baking a few years back when I ended in a place with no oven. But now, I got one, so I am baking whenever I feel like it.

This time, I am baking a Whiskey Fruit Cake. Baking it for my parents but the smell is rather intoxicating. :D But you know what, I just have to wait till it’s cool before I steal a bite or two.
