I’d be happy to break even on this show coming up! I’m procrastinating on the framing because I have to pay for it with the visa card. I just hope I sell enough work to pay that card off again! we just consolidated that debt!!

I had written make money doing something art related, but then I saw a job advertised at the art store, and that would be an art related job, but definitely not what I had in mind. No, I won’t pussyfoot around it any more. I have worked hard to learn to paint, even though there is still far to go. But I’m ready to declare myself an artist and feel confident that soon I will be in a commercial gallery selling work. And then many galleries. 5 years ago
