Well I wouldn’t say I’m fat, but there’s a bit of a belly there, I really should make a schedule on WII Fit… Starting from the 1st of January 2010, I’ll be writing about this everyday, hopefully it will get me motivated!

Im not fat i just want to be skinnier and stop eating so much junk :o
ever since i had my youngest child i have put a lot of weight on and its got to go
Ought to lose lots of weight but actually quite like not being a skinny minny so I just want to lose a bit of weight so that I am still curvy but not lardy :-)
OK, I’m not overweight or anything, but being about 99lbs at my age isn’t something I feel very happy about it. I’m just a bit unfit, so I’m going to try and lose just a few pounds, maybe 9 or so. I’m not going to go on a huge diet or anything, but I’m going to try and go on more walks, and not eat as much sugar and fat-filled products. Wish me luck!
I’ve lost over half of the stone in two weeks. It just shows, if you put your mind into it, its easilly done. And i even cheated my diet twice :)
I’m quite tall and slim.I’ve put on half of the stone since last March due to eating late at night.Just so i feel better within myself i’ve decided to lose it within a month.It’s been over a week and i’ve lost 4 and half pounds.Hope i will reach my target and acomplish my goal.
I tell you, it’s hard not to think about food late at night!:)
Okay, so i dont really need to lose weight, i kinda just wanna be skinnier, maybe im weird like that. i’m 5’7” and i currently weigh about 120 lbs. There’s just a few bits of me im not happy with, so im gonna re-join my gym (after being ill for ages etc) vow to go 3 times a week when im totally better and to just stay away chocolate etc totally. i already eat pretty well but i could do better, in smaller portions too. Theres no way id be anorexic or anything though, i like my food way too much!!!
