Very nice story and as ingenious as Shakespeare always is. The ending wasn’t as well crafted as I anticipated, though.
How I did it: picked up a copy of the Folger edition of the book, with the modern English translation running parallel to the original text. It would have been a difficult read without it.

At Barnes and Noble, one of my most favorite stores. I had two full giftcards, so I decided to spend them well and buy the slightly more expensive “No Fear Shakespeare” version and the Sparknotes to go with it.
And I also purchased my other summer reading book, Death of a Salesman today. Time to get reading!
I am certainly more crazy about Hamlet, though halfway through MacBeth. I just love Rosencrantz and Guildenstern!
had to do it for english class. It was vaguely interesting and gives a good strong argument when old people say everything is so violent these days. (incase you havent read the play almost every character is killed)
madamwitty is waaay too busy for 43T lately
...but I also wrote and performed a 10 minute summary skit for my high school English class. Ah, good times…
well I have “The Complete Works of Willliam Shakespeare”, so it’s only a matter of finding the time.
macbeth is probably my favorite play by shakespeare. i love the storyline, and i would recommend reading the folger library version, because they have the best notes and explanations and stuff. reading macbeth also helps to understand many allusions that exist in literature today.
