Sarrh, I know you can get to work on time. What I do that helps me be on time for things is to set all my clocks, watches fast and each of them a different “fast”. Some are 10 min. fast, others are 15 min, others 7 min, some 18 min. I just never know how many minutes each is fast….
I tried to give you 13 cheers, but as I gave out each cheer, the cheer goblin gobbled more than half away and I was only able to give you 6. Sorry.
Bless you. I know you can get to work on time. Just think in your mind how easy it is and ask yourself the question, “Why is it so easy for me to get to work ontime?” and soon, you’ll find yourself doing it.

You can do this…
If you haven’t already, try:
multiple alarm clocks in various locations that you have to walk to to turn off
“wake up” phone calls
picking out clothes/lunch the night before
leaving earlier than normal in case of traffic
lotsa coffee
positive visualization
washing/styling hair the night before
breakfast bars
going to bed early

...never any fun waking up to alarm clocks or, for that matter, trying to get to work on time…

Hopefully you made it to work on time today Sarah! If you’re still sleepy, try a cup of yerba mate tea. It tastes like green tea but gives you and almost instant burst of energy.

Oh, you could hide neath the wings
Of the bluebird as she sings.
The six oclock alarm would never ring.
Whoops it’s ringing and you rise,
Wipe the sleep out of your eyes.
Your challenge waits for you on 43things.
Wake up, sleepy Sarah
Grab a cup of caffeine
You’re a movie fanatic
With a challenge to meet
